From arriving to the hotel after losing my purse on the plane to leaving the staff went above and beyond to help me whilst I sorted out paying them due to not having any bank cards which were in my lost purse they let me stay until my money transfer went through. They were always helpful at reception and always had a smile whenever I entered reception. The breakfast was fine and catered for everyone and the staff at breakfast were amazing. The cleaners were amazing too. Anything I needed help with everyone went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't ask for a better stay and can't wait to come back next year.

Very friendly staff. For example, I arrived really early (around 12:00) and contacted the reception to ask if I could drop off my lugguage and check in later. They welcomed me, said that of course I could drop off my bags and offered a cup of coffee. In fact, it turned out that I could even check in early (which I hadn't expected). The hotel is located near the city centre and a mere 5 minutes away from the canal, from where you can start walks or hiking tours towards Trollhättan's places of interest, like the waterfall and the locks. Breakfast was really good. Lots of things to choose from, lots of fresh food, including vegetarian options. You can grab a coffee from the coffee machine in the hall anytime.

The lovely cosy reception area with complimentary coffee and pastries. The adjoining restaurant is also very good and cosy too.

The location was perfect, I liked the breakfast and the bar. WLAN was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. When we were not quite sure if we could leave at lunchtime they allowed us to keep the room for a few hours more.

The room was really big, huge bed, big soffa, etc. There were other stuff, example, small tables, chairs, hair dryers etc. Very quiet even though there was a bus stop just infront of the hotel. We could ask for laundry with pretty low price. Nice 3-star hotel breakfast. Very helpful & friendly staff. Central location, close to everything. It was a very pleasant stay there.

Very nice and service minded staff. Late check in was handled without problem. Storing my bike in the luggage room was no problem either. The lady at the check out even helped me refill my water bottles before leaving the next day. Breakfast was above average. The "feeling" of the hotel was unexpectedly good. It has character, so to speak. The floor plan was quite quirky, with the stairs being located in a side-compartment with separate entrance, and above the stairs on the second floor was some kind of shared room where one could relax and socialize. The room itself was also unexpectedly nice. I liked the design. And on top of it all, there were separate shampoo and conditioner on the room! I have never seen that from a BW hotel before, so I am not sure if it was specific to this hotel or not.

The room was really big, with necessary facilities, central location, very quiet even though buss stop was right infront of the hotel. Good breakfast. Laundry facitily with low price. Above all very friendly and helpful staff. My 9 years-old son really loved it there.

the room was cozy for a single adult that needed a place to sleep and study. i appreciated that you could open the window for fresh air and that there was a fan available for night white noise and air circulation.

Fabulous location, close to restaurants and the tourist areas of Trollhattan. Bar and restaurant next door is excellent with great food and friendly staff Reception staff are always friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly and very flexible regarding late and early check-in. Rooms were clean and wifi was alright. It's location was great in reference to city center.
